A signed Agreement setting out details of the transaction and
confirmation of the quotation is required before commencement of work.
Payment to be received within 14 days of completion of
work, an invoice will be submitted on completion of work.
Collection and delivery of work can be made direct or by post,
courier, fax, e-mail attachment, or CD
All original documents/materials sent to us remain the property of
the Client and will be returned to the Client upon completion of the
work.
Postal/courier and packaging costs incurred by us when returning
documents/materials are to be borne by the Client.
Any information required to be held by us on behalf of the
Client will be kept in accordance with the Data Protection Act.
Silhouette Secretarial Services reserve the right to refuse an
assignment if it is believed to be illegal or offensive in any way or
contravenes the Data Protection Act or copyright.
All work is checked and proof read for errors before despatch.
Assignments are generally processed within 24-48 hours unless
agreed otherwise.
A 25% surcharge will be incurred on any assignment that has an urgent
deadline or involves evening/weekend work.
A 50% surcharge will apply for work required over a Bank Holiday
period.
Silhouette Secretarial Services reserve the right to charge 3%
interest per day on overdue accounts.
We are not VAT registered so all prices are free of VAT
Payment (in GB£ sterling) can be made by cheque (made payable to M.
Kemp)
